River Valley Riders WR is a member of the Pennsylvania District of Wing’d Rider, a not-for-profit social organization formed to benefit community education, enhance rider safety & motorist awareness, and provide donations to charities in our community. We are located in north central Pennsylvania with most of our meetings and rides starting in the Williamsport, PA area. We have a very active chapter and engage in many community activities, charitable donations, and organized motorcycle rides.
Our members love to ride, and we welcome all makes and models of motorcycles (including 2, 3, and 4-wheels) to join our chapter. We are celebrating over 35 years as a chapter and our members are happy to answer any questions about the organization and how you can join.

There are no local dues. However, a WING’D RIDER membership is strongly encouraged.
