Endless Mountains Riders

The Endless Mountains Riders are about as far north as you can get in Pa. Located in Sayre Pennsylvania the chapter has been actively riding since May of 1991.

Backed up against the northern border of the state, the iconic route 6 lays at their front doorstep providing some of the gorgeous rides in the state. Rides stretch from Americade in Lake George and the Finger Lakes region of NY to Cass West Virginia to ride the Cass Railroad up into the mountains. With extended rides as far as Shreveport Louisiana.

The Endless Mountains Riders seem to never be standing still. They’re always out for a nice ride. So, if you’re looking for endless mountains, these riders are who you need to be talking to.

Frequently Asked Questions

We meet on the second Saturday of each month (except December) at 9 a.m. at the Comfort Inn in Sayre. Breakfast is $8 per person and following breakfast we hold our meeting. In nice weather, we often plan a lunch or ice cream ride to follow.

We love to get together. In the winter months we often plan a dinner out at a restaurant as a group. In March we have an Ice Cream Social at the Comfort Inn. In May we typically go down to Chapter M’s Hobo Stew Run and later in the month we meet at a park to have  picnic. We host our Gumball/Poker Ride on the third Saturday on July. It begins at the Comfort Inn and ends at the firehall where we have lunch and awards. During the summer our group often plans an overnight trip – often renting a house where we stay together. We cook meals together, eat out and sightsee. In the fall we have a Hot Dog Roast and a Chili Party.  And then there are the beautiful days that pop up where we call one another and say “Hey, let’s go for a ride!”

Absolutely not. We are “like-minded” riders – we just want to go experience the countryside and end up at a diner or ice cream stand!

Our members plan some pretty exciting two, and three-night road trips. We have been out to see the Pennsylvania Elk and to ride the Cass Railroad in West Virginia, for instance. We usually rent a house on longer weekend rides, and all hang out together for even more games and camaraderie!
