Attention all members and friends of the Black Rose Wings,
formerly GWRRA Pa-V! We are delighted to invite you to our highly anticipated Annual Picnic at Codorus State Park.
Date: Sat., September 30, 2023
Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Codorus State Park South of Hanover Pa.
As always, this event promises to be a day filled with fun, food, and camaraderie. Our chapter is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for all attendees, and this picnic will be no exception! The Chapter is proud to announce that we will be providing a delectable spread of hamburgers, hot dogs, an assortment of sides, refreshing drinks, and scrumptious desserts. We encourage everyone to come with an empty stomach and an appetite for good food and good company.
While this event is primarily focused on our chapter members, we warmly welcome non-members to join us as well. A $10.00 donation per person (age 13 and up) will be kindly requested from non-chapter members to help cover the costs of the event. We believe that this nominal fee is a small contribution towards the incredible picnic experience we have planned for you.
DEADLINE: Must be received by Sat., Sept. 16, 2023
Please note that children aged 12 and under are exempt from the donation requirement and are more than welcome to attend. We want this event to be a family-friendly affair, allowing everyone to create lasting memories together.
So, mark your calendars, rally your friends and loved ones, and get ready for an incredible day at Codorus State Park. Don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and outdoor games to make the most of this fantastic gathering.
